How to show and hide component by using radio button?

Hi all,

Long time haven't used javascript and forgot a lot of things. :-)

What I want to do now is: I have some fields such as input textfield, drop-down listbox etc.on a jsp page. And there are two radio buttons called "Yes" and "No". If I cilck the radio button "No", some of the components will be hiden. If I click "Yes". All the components will be shown again.

My code looks as follow (simple codes):
