1. If you mean to get previous URL from history you can try mess with 'history' object in javascript.

2. If you mean to get URL of window that opens this frame, then you have to pass some parameter to that frame. Instead of calling:
frame.html
you can do:
frame.html?openedFromWindo
then do the check in javascript:
if (location.search==="?opene
