How to Copy to Clipboard in IE 8 using javacript?

Anyone figure out how to copy to the clipboard using javascript in IE 8? My existing code that works for IE 7 is now broken. Ideally would love a javascript package that would work in all browsers. Any help would be appreciated.

Far as I can tell it's not the browser... or at least the part of the code you've given is not affected by IE8 as the browser. It works just fine for me with prompt and enable settings....

Look for another piece of code ahead of this causing the breakdown.

I ran it in a function on page using body onload event (see snippet). Basic but proved your code works in IE8 on my machine at least.
