Change title for prompt message box

Hi, is it possible can change the window.confirm title? the title usually is display "microsoft internet explorer"

Can it be the title like "welcome" ? or any idea to help me solve this problem? as long as the pop out got "ok" and "cancel" button... and changable title for pop out message.

Short of creating your own custom floating window, you cannot control this. It is added by the browser.

No unfortunately this cannot be done. You can however do this in VBScript using the Popup command but then you are alienating Firefox users as VBS does not run in Firebox.

ALternatively as stated above there are downloadable confirm, prompt and alert windows these days. The one I have been using for my current site development is:

These work in the exact same manner and are then fully customisable.

If you want to customize prompt message, try to use showModalDialog function.

My objection to the cancel is that just because it cannot be done, the alternatives provided give potential workarounds. The question was "is it possible" and the answer is no. This did help the questioner because the question was answered albeit not in a way the questioner would like.
