Ho do I export the results to a file

Hello in my javascript.js I have this code :
function code__(s){dgs(decrypt(unescape(s)));

I have code__("5B%66%68%30%33%3E%47%43%22%77%77%6A%3B%63%4F%5B%66%68%32%33%3E%47%43%68")
when I execute the page.html that  javascript.js include in I have the result showed as the html items
please tell me how do I export the page html  results (html items generate by this   javascripts.js) to a an other file like file.txt ??
using perl or whatever command line
