Member login, how did they do it?

Can anybody tell me how the designers of expert-exchange.com achieved the pop-out effect that they got with the member login button? I am looking to achieve the same functionality with some of my nodes, pages or blocks in my drupal site. Is there any drupal modules that exist that I can use to achieve this?

Thank you for your quick reply. That is unfortunately not what I am looking for. What I am looking for is the same as what happens if you are logged out of expert-exchange.com and you click on the members login. A little pop-out comes up to display the username and password input forms. I want to do the same with a button to display a node as a pop-out in Drupal 6. Any other suggestions?

I am unfortunately a beginner when it comes to php and jquery, so therefor viewing the source code looks like latin to me. Do you not know of a pop-up module that I can implement i drupal to display content in a pop-up by clicking a specific button, in the same way that experts-exchange.com's member login works?
