The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. I wish to call (do/require/open) files from the net. How do I do this?

I would like that files to be encrypted on the remote machines and decrypted in my program. Is that easily possible?

I would like to produce an HTML mailform and have the mail sent through the same perl script (so the mail address stays withing the perl environment and is not disclosed in the HTML form). Would you know how to do it?
