Perl fonts and colors?

Hello everyone,
      I was wondering if there was a way to make text in perl different fonts and colors? Can someone tell me if it is possible and if so how to do it. Thanks.

Im writing the code and running the program in the command promt (Dos in winxp pro).

this is a DOS command question, not a Perl question.

Okay with that information I can change the colors, but say I wanted to write a script like this.

#!/usr/bin/perl
print "Blah Blah Blah";

How would I make it so when I ran that file the blah blah blah was another color other than white like it usually is?
