The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. very simple question: where to get perl modules for windows 2000

hi i'm docey
and i got a small but very important problem.

where to get perl modules(.pm)?

www.cpan.org is down for some reason, www.perl.com does only give info how-to use not how-to get. and www.activestate.com i have to redownload/reinstall the whole pakkage!?!?

i have a working activeperl 5.8.0 running under windows 2000. its update some stats right now.
now i want to also analyze my game-logs and put them in nice html files. i downloade a perl log
analyzer but perl say's it needs the following modules wich i current don't have installed. i can't use ppm for some reason(registery?) so how do i get the following modules:

DBI, DBI::Mysql, GD, GDTextutil, GDgraph, Time::hires, Appconfig and Template-toolkit.

anyone knows where to download?
