Fixing syntax errors perl script

I am working on a hangman script and I have some syntax errors I can't seem to figure out, I ran it in my terminal to debug and I have the errors below:

Missing right curly or square bracket at hangman.cgi line 125, at end of line
(Might be a runaway multi-line << string starting on line 75)
syntax error at hangman.cgi line 125, at EOF
Execution of hangman.cgi aborted due to compilation errors.

Line 125:

            print $output;
Bottom of page.

Line 75:

      if($numberwrongguesses == 11){
      $output = <<_HTML_;
