Clearcase in perl

i have clearcase server which is installed in with linux os. I am working on from windows OS(clienT side). I want to execute some clearcase commands in the Clearcase server by connecting to putty. Putty configured with SSH protocal. I need to write a script in perl connecting to the putty and execute the clear case commands there.

Can any body help me how to apporoach that. I need some pseudo code in perl.
