SOAP::Lite Controlling namespace

When using SOAP::Lite to make a call, it adds a  namespace property to the tag. It start by namesp1, next will be namesp2 etc.
eg:
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<namesp1:VersionCheck xmlns:namesp1="http://CPX.org/">
<ClientVersion>80</ClientVersion>
</namesp1:VersionCheck>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>

Is there a way/setting to control this name because I want to have it fixed to a name: eg myns in stead of namesp. ?

my $soap = SOAP::Lite
           -> on_action(sub { my $uri = shift; $uri =~ s/\#//; use Data::Dumper; return $uri . shift;})
           -> proxy($proxy, timeout => $max / 1000)
           -> uri($url);
 
    # Get version
    $arg = SOAP::Data->name("ClientVersion" => $arg)->type('');
    $answer = $soap->call('VersionCheck', $arg);

No.

but in the meanwhile I found this
$answer = $soap->call(SOAP::Data->name('VersionCheck')->attr({xmlns => 'http://CPX.org/'}) => $arg);
and this does the trick.

Thx anyway.

hmm, the ns() method worked for me ... i am not sure what your URI is, but if it isnt 'http://CPX.org/' then you need to update it...
