Learning Windows/Quest powershell.
Can someone recommend a good training classes/video/ book for someone who would like to learn powershell with no real programming experience?
I am basically from India and ready to Pay and attend classes anywhere in India. Even if it is online training I am ok.
Please please as you are experts, kindly share me tips how to learn Windows powershell 2.0 or Quest Powershell for managing AD/Exchange environment.

I will go through the videos and try to purchase the books.
Still I am looking for some interactive training where first i can get knowledge then i believe the books referred can help me in gaining expertise.
