The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. I need assistance creating a Python dictionary from an outside file.

I have a list of dates and their significance in a text file. There is over 100 of these files. I need to create a dictionary by importing these dates I have formatted these dates so that it will transition with ease but I am having trouble with the code. I have formatted the dates in the fashion shown below.
January 1, 1651: Charles II Stuart crowned king of Scotland.
It doesn't print anything, and I can't figure out how to import all the dates into the dictionary... in bulk.Start Free Trial
