Asked by WilkinsIT in Python Scripting Language, Windows XP Operating System, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Software
Abstract: User is emailed an .xls file with orders so that we can print labels on our BarTender software.
1. Import particular data from an excel spreadsheet based on a date field into Python. (ex. only today's orders should be looked at)
2. Take that data and put it into a GUI so that the user can answer as to how many items to print and to confirm correctness of the information.
3. Take the end result and dump it into a BarTender script for printing.
Really I need help on 1 and 2. I don't expect any of you to know BarTender scripting.
This question may not be specific enough for some of you but it's a place to start.
