python network simple intro

I am not sure how I can do sockets with python.


my application only requires me to send a few character through the connection, how it works is simply

a server that will take the message, and the load of the server never exceeds 10 simultaneous connections.

so here goes my pseudo.


client

data = "data"
ip = "192.168.1.1"
if connection_want:
    socket( ip, data )



server

active at all times:


server.function ,  i dunno.
