VBScript to add a domain user to Local Administrators group

I need a VBScript which will read host names from a text file and add the specified domain user to local administrator group.

Eg:
Contoso\paul should be added to local administrators group on all the specified host names and write the result to a text file.

Host Name: Successfully added
Host name: Unable to Ping "Host Name"
