Upgrade Ruby on Rails , but fail while installing fcgi gem

Dear experts,
I am trying to upgrade ror (at my Windows home PC) to version 2.3.3 by running gem install rails.
But fail while it was trying to update fcgi gem, with following error (bellow).
Would you be able to advice?

    Is there a reason you need FastCGI on your development machine?

    Hi wesgarrison, the attempt of installing fcgi gem was triggered by command gem install rails. When i forced to skip then rails 2.3.3 was not installed to my machine. Any advice? Thanks

    You should probably be trying to install 2.3.4, by the way.  Just released.

    Nope, fcgi isn't a dependency for rails.  Sounds like you need to update the gem software:

    # show dependencies for rails
> gem dependency rails
Gem rails-2.3.4
  rake (>= 0.8.3, runtime)
  activesupport (= 2.3.4, runtime)
  activerecord (= 2.3.4, runtime)
  actionpack (= 2.3.4, runtime)
