Hi wesgarrison, the attempt of installing fcgi gem was triggered by command gem install rails. When i forced to skip then rails 2.3.3 was not installed to my machine. Any advice? Thanks

I am trying to upgrade ror (at my Windows home PC) to version 2.3.3 by running gem install rails.
But fail while it was trying to update fcgi gem, with following error (bellow).
Would you be able to advice?
