How to delete a project in VSS from command line using ss.exe?

Hi,

I am not able to delete a project in VSS from command line using ss.exe

I am getting the following error. Can you please help

D:\>"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual SourceSafe\SS.exe" Delete "$/Test1" -sZ:\ -yadmin,
No VSS database (srcsafe.ini) found.  Set the SSDIR environment variable to the path of srcsafe.ini for your VSS database.Start Free Trial
