How do I disable IE based on the user and the domain group?

I want to create a batch script to run as a GP.  Based on the user login, I want to disable IE usage, disable the command prompt, and also disable the RUN COMMAND from the start menu.  The primary thing I want to do is disable IE based on the user.  I know it can be done, but I'm not a scriptor so I don't know the code that will enable this.Start Free Trial
