How to create BATCH or SCRIPT

There is option in My Computer properties-->Computer name-->Change-Member of:
to change to Domain or to Workgroup.
Is a possible to do it in command line, batch file, any script or by changed a registry key?
If it is possible I need an example how to do it to change to Workgroup including username/password for it and to Domain including username/password.
Also if exist any options to do it with or without restart system.
