non-admin to run scheduled task (schtasks)

Getting unable to start scheduled task service when executing a task remotely with user wich is not in admin group
 running  the batch job on a Windows Server 2003-based member server.
" The batch job runs as a non-interactive process.
" The batch job is configured to run under the context of an account that is not a member of the Administrators group.

apparently I have found Microsoft KB article 876466 , I tried it not working.

I have added the id to Batch operator group and given execute permission to cmd.exe for that particular user.

When I execute the below
schtasks /Run /tn "testtask"
I am getting this error
schtasks /Run /tn "testtask"
ERROR: Unable to start the task scheduler service.

Can any one please help met

I assigned as you said still the same.
Scheduler taks can be executed by looging into the server interactively with the id.
But I would like execute this remotely  thru a Batch Schedular (Control-M).
While I am executing remotely it is giving the same error as unable start task schedular service.
When I query I can see the task listed as

schtasks /query

TaskName                             Next Run Time            Status
==================================== ======================== ===============
testtask                             9:00:00 AM, 9/24/2008

Let me know what I am missing

use the /u command in schtasks to use a different user account

the task is set Run as with correct user and password is set..
One more thing I have logged into the server with id and try to run the task from Scheduled task menu it is able to run the task.

When I tried in the commnad prompt as
schtasks /Run /tn "testtask"
I am getting this error
ERROR: Unable to start the task scheduler service

what is the difference ? why I am getting above error in command prompt but not getting in scheduling task menu ?

what if you try "run as" administrator when loading the command prompt? then run the task with schtasks

use :

run as /user:Administrator "schtasks /Run /tn "testtask""

If you use it directly from your scheduling task menu the appropriat user account is used already from the users set into the schtasks.
