Windows Batch - If file exists delete else just goto next line

In Windows batch file how do I check to see if a file exists, if it does delete it, if it doesn't then just keep going on the batch to next line etc...

Strictly true though I tend to just do

del "X:\path\to\file" 2>NUL

which deletes and redirects any errors to NUL if it didn;t exist.
