Above script will change required settings for current user.
In script you need to change Proxy Server IP address and Port number on line number 3 and AutoConfigURL on line number 5.

farhankazi has offerred a clean solution for computers with the NT4 Resource Kit installed. On newer computers such as Windows XP you can utilize "regedit" with the "/s" silent switch.
* Configure the settings manually on your computer
* Open REGEDIT and browse to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
* File / Export and name the file PROXY.REG
* Edit PROXY.REG by right clicking file from Windows Explorer and selectinG Edit
* Remove all lines except the following lines (values after equals will be different for you)

* From your batch file use the following command
regedit /s PROXY.REG
Another alternative is to use REGINI.EXE (similiar to REG.EXE)
