Batch file to open text file in wordpad not notepad

How can I get a batch file to open a file in wordpad not notepad even if notepad is the default?

you could use the write command and make sure the extension is .rtf

I want to open the file to view it.  I'm using
Start FileName.txt C:\...\wordpad.exe
What should I change?

the c:\...\wordpad.exe has to be surronded by ""
