So, do I take line 3 out and add so that it looks like this?

net use s: \\jccoapps\apps\Installati
S:\IE
This is currently what the batch file looks like:
@echo off
net use s: \\jccoapps\apps\Installati
s:
IE8-setup-full.exe
When I attempt to use the script on the user, it does nothing.
I am very new at this and I am failing miserably at this! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

/passive To run installation without any input from the user
/quiet Identical to passive , but do not show any user interface
/norestart Do not restart when installation is complete
/forcerestart Restart after installation
