I have the attached text file that I would like to reformat.<br />

The new format of the text file must be :<br />

<br />
As you can see I am only extracting the time and the largest PAR.<br />
If a record contains PAR's of same length, choose any of them.<br />
If a record is empty, dismiss it.<br />

Programming
