UNIX command to list file (ls --???)

Dear experts,
Is there any UNIX command to list out file with the full path?

for e.g i type the command "abc /tmp"
it will list out:

/tmp/file1
/tmp/file2
/tmp/directory1/file1a
/temp/director2/directory3/file3

You can use:
find /tmp -type f

ls `pwd`/.* `pwd`/*
ls -a | sed 's#\(.*\)#'`pwd`'/&#'
find `pwd` -print

# you may replace `pwd`by any (full) path you like
# all examples assume that you meant "files and directories" when you wrote "list out file"

Assuming sh,bash,ksh

function abc
{
  find $1 -type f
}

Put in your .profile, then you can type in

abc /tmp
