UNIX command to list file (ls --???)

Dear experts,
Is there any UNIX command to list out file with the full path?

for e.g i type the command "abc /tmp"
it will list out:

/tmp/file1
/tmp/file2
/tmp/directory1/file1a
/temp/director2/directory3/file3
