VBS Run hangs?

Hello

When use the following script  - the scripts hangs when wshell.run runs.
The "c:\wiseinstaller.exe" program is started correctly - but the msgbox is never shown - and the wscript process is still in the process list.

set wshell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
wshell.run "c:\wiseinstaller.exe"
msgbox("Finish")

The problem is only on Windows 2003 Server (all updates and SP)
