Getting 04 error over and over again trying to boot Tom's Root Boot floppy (or CD) on Toshiba Satellite laptop.

I get L 04 04 04 04 04 and so on (04 repeating over and over) when I try to boot Tom's Root Boot via floppy or CD.  The machine in trouble in a Toshiba Satellite laptop.  These boot fine on Gateway and clone desktop systems.Start Free Trial
