reading from a file shell script

I have a file which has servernames and passwords. something like

server=qa01

I want to use qa01 in my shell script but instead i would use server

I have something like

ssh br@qa015 "cd /opt/in"

I want it to be changed to
ssh br@server "cd /opt/in" something like that.
