Hence I will need to set some configuration stuff every few days on the row of machines. I have been trying to write a simple expect script to automate the interactive SSH procedure, without success though.
I have activeTCL installed on my windows machine. This is the ssh.tcl script that I am trying to run, with the command:
>ssh.tcl password <ip address>
set password [lrange $argv 0 0]
set ipaddr [lrange $argv 1 1]
set scriptname ls
spawn ssh -p 22 root@$ipaddr $scriptname
match_max 100000
expect {
-re ".*Are.*.*yes.*no.*" {
send "yes\r"
exp_continue
}
"password:" {
send -- "$password\r"
}
}
I see this weird error when I run this script..."invalid command name"
