Monitor WMI on Windows Server 2008 with another user beside the Admin user

I can only monitor via WMI/SNMP on Windows Server 2008 with the built-in Administrator account. I created another user and gave it admin rights to the server but I get an access denied error. I am using PRTG which is monitoring my servers. The servers are not on a domain. How can I setup a user that has access to do this?
