Question
How to Activate MDI Child forms?
Hi experts,
I have an MDI application.
I have 3 child forms form1,form2, and form3(whose MDIChild is TRUE).
In the MDI form i have a Menu called "View" and under that i have
3 sub menu items Form1 ,Form2 and Form3.
in the MDIForm_Load event, i am calling the Show methods of child forms to show all those child forms .
Now my problem is,
When a user clicks menu item Form2, i should bring the Form2 above(top of ) all other child windows,
similarly if the user clicks on menu item Form3, then child form form3 should be brought
to the top of all the windows.
Depending upon the item selected in the View menu,
i have to show that corresponding child form on the Top of other child forms.
How can i do that?
Please help me.

their are diffrent ways to do what you are asking for
1)Insted of adding to the menus yourself try to check the WindowList checkbox on the parent form.
2)use form1.zorder 0
3)use form1.SetFocus
