automatic email using ms outlook

well, i need to compare the current quantity with the trigger limit. if current quantity is less than or equal to trigger limit, then my program should be able to automatically send a standard email to about 200 recipients using MS Outlook . The addresses are in an Access 97 table. Does anyone have any idea on this one?
