OCX dependancy question

Using VB5: I have two versions of my app. One uses the spell checker in Microsoft Word, and the other uses VSSPELL. Both work fine. When I try using the setup wizard to create installation floppys, I get the following notice concerning COMCTL32.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX:

"Dependancies are out of date. Rebuild dependancy files using this wizard. Ignore, but apps may not run correctly."

First: Please give me a quick tutorial on OCX files.
Second: I tried re-running the wizard, and checking the "build dependancy files" radio button, but the same thing happens. What do I do now? Please help. -- Norm
