1. Go to http://www.sybase.com/supp
2. Select ODBC in the listbox and click Go!
3. Click Software Downloads.
4. Click ODBC EBFs/Updates.
5. Enter username and password. If you don't have one, you can create one here.
6. Change Time Frame to All.
7. Click GO!
8. Select and download the desired driver.
The best way I've found is to use the ODBC Administrator (found in the Control Panel) to create a File DSN for each server/database. This process will make sure that you have a connection to the database.
Then, look in \WINNT\Program Files\Common Files\ODBC\Data Sources and find the .DSN file(s) you created. You can use the text of that file as the connect string. Just load that file into Notepad and concatenate all the lines. (Be sure to insert a semi-colon between the concatenated lines).

Dim conn As New ADODB.Connection
Dim rs As New ADODB.Recordset
conn.Open "Provider=<ODBC driver name>;Server=<server name>;Database=<database name>;UID=<user id>;PWD=<user password>"
Set rs = conn.Execute "stored procedure name",, adCmdStoredProc
....
rs.Close
conn.Close
