Connected Stations

Hello:

I have a Server with connected Windows 2000 to Internet,
it wanted to know as workstations are connected to Internet
and that hour. Somebody knows a API, that allows me to
control that, already know when they alquien is wanted
to connect to Internet that shows to me as he is the user.

Another thing, to traves of a API in the Server,
I can avoid that a workstation is connected to Internet?

Tengo un Servidor con Windows 2000 conectado a internet, quisiera saber cuales estaciones de trabajo se conectan a internet y a que hora.

Alguien conoce un API, que me permita controlar eso, ya saben cuando alquien se quiere conectar a internet que me muestre cual es el usuario.

Otra cosa, a traves de un API en el Servidor, puedo evitar que una estacion de trabajo se conecte a Internet?
