Deploying ActiveX Control

Hi.....
I have an ActiveX Control which has been developed in VB. My control also has references on a number of dlls (let's say X and Y). The dlls will be located on a server and the control will access them via DCOM.
So I created my server dlls X and Y having enabled the "Remote Server Files" option in the project properties. Among the other files that ere created I've got the .vbr and .tlb files for each dll.
I started tha packaging of my control as a .cab, including the .vbr and .tlb files of the dlls.
When I am at the client and I am trying to run the htm that was produced during the creation of the package, I got the following error "Class not registered on the local machine". So how can deploy my control without including the server dlls???
