I have to give someone a test tomorrow after my boss gets done interviewing him. Anyone have any question ideas? They want to know how well he knows vb and sql server 7/2000. They are looking for someone on a fairly high skill level. They don't want to have to train anyone. Questions could be theory or actual code on paper with a what wrong/what does this do type of question. I set this question to 0 points. I'll give out 200 between the best questions and the ones I decide to use.
