This object is the best I've come across, it converts bmp to gif and jpg and vice-versa.
you will have to first save your picture as bmp using the savepicture method and then simply convert it to jpg, you can event over write the same file (save the bmp as picturename.jpg and then run PicFormat321.SaveBmpTojpg picturename.jpg, picturename.jpg)
I find this much simpler then using the intel dll.
