Question

Date wrong in VB when pulled from Sybase Database. VB running on XP

Well quite simply we pull the date from the DB with VB and in XP we end up with a date like such 3-May-0200 or 3-May-2020

This never happened in NT any clues folks? It's an XP only VB running problem.

Check the Date format set in ControlPanel>Regional Settings>Date. This can be the only cause.

This was part of the issue. But once changed it was returning 2002. Either way the writer of the program was doing something weird in the code which was screwing it up.

Another DEV helped him out and it's good.

But as your answer is correct as well you get the points good job.
