Hmm... i don't think this is a specific visual basic question.
It's very difficult to help you further with your driver if you don't know which made it is. Do you have more information about the graphical card, your pc-configuration (brand, cpu, memory,...)

Now I am not sure what to do or DON'T EXACTLY KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPEN TO MY COMPUTER??? It was find a few weeks ago until I have move my cmputer from upstair to down stair of my house... do you think the display card has been loosen while I move it???  if so, why I still manage to get my 16bit color???? you souldn't be scared of opening the computer.  One thing that I am not sure is that whether your video-card is onboard or not.  If video is onboard, then you don't have a seperate card for video and it is not possible to get the card loosen.

"It was find a few weeks ago" -> is this mean that you were able to get high resolution with high colours?  because some old video card has limitations that at high resolutions, it can not display high colours.  Best thing is to open the computer and check for any printed notes on the motherboad/video card. (oh yeah, video/display card is the one where your monitor is plugged in to.  this is not hard to find once you open the computer).

The BK630e has an on-board video card (according to my research) so it won't have worked lose.

If you had OK graphics before then you should be able to get them back - on that assumption, then, what have you done to the computer to lose the grahpics?  Did you change to another monitor?, did you load up a new software program of some sort?

I'm guessing here, is the cable OK on the VDU?

Check the properties of the monitor to make sure it's the one you actually have.
