Is Possible with Visual Basic: To pause and Run my exe file

I want to load some data in my program that takes minutes to be done, so i want to
- When the user clicks on my program, the program runs till reach some code, then code loops in a cycle untill the user runs exe second time.
Is This Can be done with VISUAL BASIC
