MultiLanguage program

how can i display a french or duetch or german or spanish sentense in a label control or a text box.

i just write the sentense (from above language) in a text control and i found that some characters are not displayed (that character that differ from english charachters).

how to enforce the label control or textbox control to display it's contents with special encode.

the sentense for example:
FAT?HA ====> Italy
An-Nisâ' > Italy
Die Öffnung ===> German
Los reba?os ===> Spanish
