Question
Making IVR software in Visual Basic
Hello all
i m trying to make an IVR (Interective Voice Response) system in Visual Basic. I have done just a lil bit by configuring modem to receive mode. basically i want to play some wav files, and based on the user response, from the DTMF codes, i want to play some other wav files. Like i want that after the menu message, if a user presses 1, the message for menu 1 shall play and if he presses 2 then message for 2 shall play. Hope i have made my query clear!!!
i m sorry to bother u... but this is one of my dreams, which i need to make true for myself :P
