Crystl Reports Exporting

i had made an application which uses Vb and Crystal reports 9 for reporting. When i  installed the application on the machines ,the export option present in the cruysal reports is not showing options to export the repot to excel . what can be the reasons for this . Is it something to do with the OCX. I am not getting this issue in all the pc's only some machines i am having this issue

Is MS Excel installed on these machines?

WHich OCX?  The Crystal OCX viewer doesn't work with CR9.

Crystal looks for the Crystal Export DLLs and presents the options it finds.  You need to install the export dlls.  I believe the Excel one in CRXF_XLS.DLL

see C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal Reports\Developer Files\Help\Runtime.hlp

register CRXF_XLS.DLL, You may also need to "may" exportmodeller.DLL
