I also wouldn't use Printer.EndDoc as it cause a form feed to be sent to the printer.
It also might be due to the printer not accepting the paper size you mention.

I tried:
Printer.ScaleMode = vbMillimeters
Printer.Width = 270
Printer.Height = 76
Printer.CurrentX = 10
Printer.CurrentY = 10
Printer.Print "Test Print"
Printer.EndDoc
But still it don't stop afret the 76mm! I'm Printing to an Epson LX-300

Try setting the papersize property first:
Printer.PaperSize = vbPRPSUser
Printer.ScaleMode = vbMillimeters
Printer.Width = 270
Printer.Height = 76
Printer.CurrentX = 10
Printer.CurrentY = 10
Printer.Print "Test Print"
Printer.EndDoc
