problem with dates wen saving an xls file to csv using a vbscript

Hi

I have a vbscript which opens an xls file and saves it as a csv. I can do this fine but the problem i am having is that the dates in the xls file eg "29/08/2005" are being converted to "8/29/2005".
the line i am using in my vbscript to save as csv is ...
objExcel.ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs filePath & finalFilename & ".csv", 6
But when i save the xls to csv manually this doesnt happen to the dates. Help.
