Checking Outlook 2003 Inbox for a specific file attachement,

Hello experts, My access 2003 app was designed for field service technicians to create service reports and capture expenses. The apps are running on laptops and are stand alone. I was requested to have a way that these techs can share information. It is not a great deal of information but occasionally they would like to send a contact from their database to another tech or maybe even a complete service report. Currently what I am doing is outputing a flat file (.txt) with all of the information needed for the user to import this record into their database and email the file. When the user receives the file they copy it to desktop and then use a utility in the app to import the record. I would like to automate this a little more and thought that if I checked the user's inbox when the app opens for any of these file types then I would process the import automatically.

So my question is: How do I look for file attachments in the user's inbox with a specific file name?
The file extension will be .sdb
Once the file has been found I want to move it to the c:\Temp folder and then delete it and the email from the user's inbox.

Thanks...
